As for God, his way is perfect,
the word of the Lord is flawless.
He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.

Shunt Surgery
After a week of waiting, our pediatric neurosurgeon had seen enough evidence that Whitney's hydrocephalus was severe enough that it required a shunt. Whitney's surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8:30.
I am lifting all of you in prayer right now. I pray that God will guide the neurosurgeon during the shunt surgery and give you peace as you wait. Cindy
Matt and Susan- Kevin V passed along your email, so we've been getting caught up in the past couple days. First of all, congratulations on another girl! And while we are thankful, our hearts are heavy as you spend your first few weeks in the hospital. We'll continue to praying often for Whitney and for your family.
